This single-sided cantilever racking system provides a cost-effective solution for storing long and awkward items such as timber, pipes and steel sections. Because the system uses modular bays and fittings, it therefore allows flexible configuration to suit a wide range of warehouse and industrial environments.

In addition, this cantilever racking design also supports both single and double-sided layouts. The frames are available in three heights and three depths, which makes it easier to plan a storage system around available space and load requirements.

Flexible Modular Design

Additionally, each bay in this single-sided cantilever racking system comes complete with three arms per frame. However, you can easily add or remove arm levels as storage needs change. As a result, the cantilever rack system adapts well to varying load sizes and product types.

Furthermore, the arms can be fitted with end stops at an additional cost. These help secure loose items and reduce the risk of products falling from the arms during loading or unloading

Simple Layout Planning and Installation

The frames are spaced at either 1000mm or 1500mm centres and include a bolted X-brace. Therefore, you can quickly calculate your run using starter and extension bays.

As a result, all bays in this cantilever storage system are supplied with

• A base and column per frame
• Bracing for added stability
• All necessary fixings

Floor fixings (M12 x 100) are available on request. Single frames include three arms as standard.

Likewise, arm stops can be bolted into two separate positions. However, arm end stops are not included as standard and must be ordered separately.
