Important Delivery Information
Racking-Online supplies industrial storage products to UK business customers.

Delivery Charges (Mainland UK)

• Orders under £240.00 inc VAT – £8.50 inc VAT

• Orders £240.00 inc VAT and over – Free standard delivery

• All prices shown include standard mainland UK delivery unless stated otherwise

• Any applicable delivery charges are calculated and displayed in the checkout before payment is completed

• Products with extended or made-to-order lead times are clearly identified on the product page

All applicable delivery charges are shown before payment is taken.

Standard delivery is included in the product price for orders delivered to Mainland UK addresses. Exclusions apply to certain regions, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Where applicable, delivery costs for these regions will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before checkout, or provided by quotation.

In some cases, our delivery partners may apply an additional charge due to location, access restrictions or delivery requirements. If an additional charge applies, this will be calculated and displayed in the checkout before payment is completed. If you do not wish to proceed, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be cancelled.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, transport disruption or supplier delays. Racking.Online cannot be held liable for losses arising from delayed delivery under such circumstances.

We reserve the right to deliver goods in instalments, with each instalment treated as a separate delivery. Deliveries are made to the point most convenient for the carrier, typically kerbside, goods-in or ground-floor reception. Any additional handling, internal movement or installation must be arranged in advance and may incur extra charges.

All deliveries require a signature. If delivery cannot be completed, the goods may be returned to the carrier’s depot and redelivery arranged. Customers are responsible for advising of any access restrictions or special delivery requirements at the time of ordering.

Please note that Racking.Online supplies industrial storage solutions to businesses within the UK only and does not ship overseas.

Delivery Lead Times

Estimated delivery times represent the earliest expected delivery window under normal conditions.

Approximate delivery times are shown on each product page and within the delivery information tab. These times are indicative and may vary depending on product type and availability.

3–5 Working Days
Please allow a minimum of 3–5 working days from payment clearance for delivery.

Some industrial racking and storage products are manufactured or configured to order and may have extended lead times, which will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
