2. Service Availability

2.1 Our site is intended for use by customers resident in the United Kingdom.

2.2 We do not accept orders from customers outside the UK. Some restrictions may apply to deliveries to certain regions, and additional delivery charges may apply. Details of any restrictions or additional charges will be provided before order acceptance.

3. Your Status

3.1 By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
you are at least 18 years old;
you are resident in the UK;
you are accessing our site from the UK;
you accept these terms and conditions.

3.2 Any advice we provide regarding product suitability is based on the information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and sufficient.

4. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.2 A contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the Products have been dispatched.

4.3 The contract will relate only to the Products confirmed in the dispatch confirmation.

5. Our Status

5.1 Some products are fulfilled directly by approved UK suppliers. Racking-Online remains your primary point of contact for all orders, support and aftersales service.

5.2 Where third-party suppliers are involved, we will notify you and may share relevant personal data for order fulfilment purposes.

6. Consumer Rights

6.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, in accordance with UK consumer law.

6.2 This right does not apply to Products that are made to order or customised.

6.3 To cancel, you must notify us in writing.

6.4 Returned Products must be unused, unopened and returned at your own cost.

6.5 These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Availability and Delivery

Delivery times are stated on product pages and confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will take place within 30 days of dispatch confirmation unless exceptional circumstances apply.

8. Risk and Title

8.1 Products are your responsibility from the time of delivery.

8.2 Ownership of Products passes to you only once full payment has been received.

8.3 Until ownership passes, Products must be kept identifiable and separate from other goods.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 Prices are as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.

9.2 Prices include VAT where applicable.

9.3 Prices and delivery charges may change, but changes will not affect accepted orders.

9.4 If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for confirmation.

9.5 Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Purchase orders may be accepted by prior agreement.

10. Refunds Policy

10.1 Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

11. Warranty

We warrant that Products supplied will conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose for a period of 12 months from delivery, subject to normal use.

12. Our Liability

12.1 Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses arising directly from breach of contract.

12.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or profits.

12.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Written Communications

By using our site, you agree to electronic communications and acknowledge that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

No third party has rights under these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
